Where are you located?
Retail store-wise, we will be 100% online by the end of June 2019. This change has allowed us to actually lower our prices a bit and really focus on you and your clothes (no more of the retail shop maintenance and everything that comes with that.)
Production-wise, we have an enormous production facility north of MIA (Miami International Airport). All of our production is centralized and done BY US. We do not have secondary wholesalers take care of the ins and outs of garment care except for ultra-vetted specialists for specialty items like fur, leather, area rugs, and the like. We'll always get approval from you for special things.
Route and office-wise, it's all under the same production roof.

How does this subscription business work?
Welcome to the whole new world of clothing care via subscription! Pick the level of subscription that best suits you: The Innovator - $45 p/m, The Influencer $85 p/m, and The Rockstar $230 p/m. You can buy your subscription level in our store and we will automatically enroll you in a monthly program at that level.
If you need to pause the service, you can.

If you need to change to a higher or lower level, you can.

How do I pause or Cancel my Subscription?
Simply email us at info@spotsbyreys.com and let us know what's on your mind. If you need to pause for vacation, please let us know and we will hit the snooze button until your return. If you have any remaining credits for the month, they'll simply rollover to when you get back.
If you need to cancel, we understand things happen, we will cancel the subscription moving forward the next calendar month. Unfortunately, credits cannot be reimbursed. However, we can save them on your account should you decide you'd like to restart!

What if I go over my level limit?
No worries! You will receive an additional charge(s) that month for anything that goes over your level. But if you find that you go over a lot, we might recommend that you go up one so that you can make an even bigger impact for good around the world!
Can I change subscription levels month to month?
You sure can! If, let's say, you purchase The Rockstar level and it serves you well through the year, but you realize that during the summer months you won't be needing the service to that degree, just let us know and we can change your level to The Influencer or The Innovator.
At the moment, you can't change the levels yourself, but don't worry, we're working on that feature and hope to get it to you really soon!
